We sat outside on the terrazzo. It was raining hard, but we had a nice cozy, enclosed space with great ambience. They have heated lamps and it doesn’t feel too enclosed because it is basically floor to ceiling windows all around. The staff were so welcoming and patient with us as non-Spanish speakers. They had an English menu as well. My daughter has severe nut allergies, and they were knowledgeable about the safe foods. The only nuts were almonds and the walnuts in the pesto. The burrata with tomato and pesto was delicious! The service was also fast! They even brought a dish of candies for my children at the end of the meal. Highly recommend for a great experience all-around!

Very conveniently located by a nice hotel in a quiet upscale locale. Great food and service, pricey. A very hospitable personnel that makes up for many things.

Quiet place with very good food . Very pleasant service. I noticed a waiter come inside from the terrace and ask the barman for an ice tea "por favor". For me that indicates that there is mutual respect and collaboration amongst them. Just five minutes from el Parque del Retiro.

Maura surprised us. The menu of the day was superb. Great flavours, decent portions, and fantastic service. The fish was delicious and the cheesecake made my day. Also they serve delicious coffee and very fresh beer. We were serviced by a blonde waitress who communicates well in English and was very patient with our needs. I highly recommend the place. My experience was the best in Madrid so far.

Was in a rush to get back to work after seeing an exhibition at the naval museum. Stopped in here on the early side (just before 1pm) and had the salmon, beetroot, peppers, mango salad. Really fresh, really nicely put together, and a lot lighter than most other things available elsewhere (so I could play football later that day). And super quick service and prep when I needed it!
